1. Physical properties
Lightweight, with a density of approximately 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it is lighter than most plastics such as PVC and PE.
Temperature resistance: It can withstand short-term temperatures up to 100-120℃, and for long-term use, the temperature range is approximately -10℃ to 80℃. It tends to become brittle at low temperatures.
Color and specifications: Commonly available in white, beige, or transparent, with customization options; typically with a diameter ranging from 5-200mm and a length of 1-3 meters.
2. Chemical properties
Corrosion resistance: Stable to acids, alkalis, salts, and most solvents (such as dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and alcohol), but not resistant to strong oxidizing acids (concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid).
Non-toxic and environmentally friendly: Compliant with food-grade standards (FDA/ROHS), suitable for food processing and medical devices.
